Once documentation is confirmed and deposit received, Cavio Studio operates to a structured production and delivery schedule. Clear milestones allow for confident planning, coordinated trades, and reduced uncertainty throughout the project.

Project Sequencing & Milestones

Each Cavio project follows a defined sequence once documentation is confirmed. Clear milestones allow for confident planning, coordinated trades, and controlled delivery.

Week 0

Design Confirmation

Final drawings are reviewed and aligned with factory documentation. Any agreed refinements are incorporated before production scheduling.

20% commencement deposit secures your production allocation.

Week 1

Technical Review & Production Planning

Detailed inspection and engineering confirmation are completed. Fabrication scheduling is formally issued.

Weeks 2–5

Fabrication & Quality Assurance

Precision stainless fabrication is undertaken with structured inspection prior to dispatch.

Upon completion of manufacture, a 50% progress milestone is confirmed prior to shipment preparation.

Dispatch Preparation

Freight Coordination

Freight booking is initiated one week prior to completion. Collection timing and vessel allocation are confirmed.

Prior to container release for shipping, a 20% logistics milestone is scheduled.

Weeks 6–9

Ocean Transit

Container collection is confirmed. Vessel departure and estimated arrival updates are provided throughout the voyage.

Typical sea transit: approximately four weeks.

Week 10

Arrival & Local Coordination

Installation & Completion

Final Handover

Installation is coordinated with site readiness.

Upon completion, the remaining 10% completion milestone is finalised.

We meet with you on site to mark the completion of your new living space.
